What is your return policy?
Items may be returned for a refund or store credit. Please email email@example.com to indicate your intention to return an item and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a physical address to mail the item back to us.
Returned items must be in the original box and in good condition. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the item (as determined by the original shipping tracking #). Refunds may be issued either in the same form as the original payment type, or as a store credit redeemable on your next purchase. The original shipping charges are not refundable and the item must be returned to us at your expense.
We will do everything in our power to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase and will work with you to replace or refund your purchase within the time frames specified!
What are your Shipping Policies?
Shipping Policy: Shipping rates are based on weight. We generally ship orders out the next business day. Orders received on weekends or holidays are shipped the next business day. We place a high priority on getting your order shipped as soon as possible, but we can make no guarantees as large orders, seasonal peaks, severe weather conditions or other circumstances may sometimes delay shipping.
We use UPS and USPS. Other methods of shipping may be used at our discretion. Please provide your complete physical address information and ensure that it is accurate!
USPS SERVICES (USPS usually delivers on Saturdays)
PARCEL POST: Delivery typically takes 7-10 days from California (where we are located) to the 48 contiguous United States for most origins/destinations. Deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii might be longer.
USPS PRIORITY MAIL: Delivery typically takes 2-3 days to most locations in the United States.
APO/FPO Priority Mail: Delivery to military bases generally require a few additional days.
We do not ship internationally.
